TUI University (formerly Touro University International), located in Cypress, California, is a for-profit university owned by Summit Partners. All courses are offered online. TUI is a former branch campus of Touro College, which was founded in 1970 in New York City, New York. TUI is regionally accredited by the Accreditation Commission for colleges and faculties of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. TUI offers Bachelors, Masters and PhD programs in administration, health sciences, education and information systems. TUI University (formerly Touro University International), was established as a branch campus of Touro College, New York on 1 July 1998 by the former President and CEO, Dr. Yoram Neumann.
